Hi, I’m Tina!
I graduated from Regency Beauty Institute in 2015 with a full cosmetology license. After dabbling in all things beauty, I came to find that my passion was in skincare. My father was a teacher, and I grew up watching him transform lives. He inspired me to pursue not only my passion for skincare but the power to help others find success as well.
I went on to receive my Minnesota Educators license and teach the esthetics program in Plymouth, MN. I also train estheticians across the world on hair rejuvenation, scarring, and collagen induction therapy techniques through my partnership with the award-winning company Procell Therapies.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading a great book, and spending as much time as possible with my family.

I am the Director of Operations at TRA! You can find me overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring everything is running efficiently.
Before joining TRA full-time, I was a hairstylist behind the chair and did bridal hair on the weekends! When thinking about the future, I didn’t want to work nights and weekends so this led me to explore a career path at TRA that brought me a lot of happiness and fulfillment!
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband Logan and Sheepadoodle Oakley, trying new recipes in the kitchen, attempting house DIY projects, and enjoying the sunshine! We also have twin girls on the way making their arrival in March!

I have been in the beauty industry for 20 years! My first passion was hair full-time, but as time went on, I began to fall in love with skincare! Born and raised in Iowa, where I then pursued beauty school. Shortly after I graduated, I moved to Arizona. I worked at a large salon and spa and quickly grew into loving the skincare side of my industry. As the lead esthetician at Tina Rachelle Aesthetics, I enjoy bringing together my experience, knowledge, and passion to all of the clients I have the pleasure of working with.
I have always loved to pamper and connect with people one on one. I know how important self-care is to someone's well-being, and I want to be that person for you! Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my husband, two boys, and our pets! I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with loved ones and friends, and taking on new adventures! Building relationships and connections is a big part of what I do, and it’s one of my favorites!

I’m an advanced practice aesthetician, with a background in medical and day spas since 2019. By combining the two specialties, I am able to provide uniquely tailored experiences focused on effective results. It’s a little something I like to call Relaxed Results.
What I love most about what I do is helping people feel confident while we work towards reaching their skincare goals. I pride myself on creating practical treatment plans, using top-notch technologies (like Hydrafacial - which I LOVE), and providing a safe space with no judgment, only care.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, cooking new recipes, attending live music events, traveling & experiencing different foods & cultures.

I’m incredibly passionate about the skincare industry, especially when it comes to zoning in on my clients' unique skin concerns. Client trust is very important to me, and I will always provide a judgement-free space so you can be uniquely you!
I know firsthand how difficult skin concerns can be on someone’s self-esteem. My goal is to change that for you. I’m enrolled in Ridgewater College to obtain my advanced esthetics degree so I can provide the best results, which is what I’m here to do!
In my free time, I love to read, spend time with my fur babies Daisy and Oliver, watch crime shows, and enjoy a good cup of tea. I would love to travel the world one day and experience everything. Born and raised in Alaska, I’m the oldest of 7 kids.

I am the Clinic Coordinator at TRA, where you'll find me welcoming clients, managing appointments, ensuring our clients receive excellent care, and working behind the scenes to make sure everything flows the best it can!
Prior to joining the team, I’ve acquired over 10 years of experience either behind the chair at salons or in customer service in the beauty industry. I’ve always loved skincare personally and professionally. I’m looking forward to growing here!
Outside of TRA, you can find me traveling for bridal hair, hanging out with my husband and cat, reading a good book, trying out new sourdough recipes and relaxing on the lake.

All deposits for scheduled appointments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of your service cost with the credit card used at the time of booking. No-call/no-shows are subject to 100% of the service cost. Repeat cancellations/no-shows will need to re-book online with new deposit and may lose ability to pre-book.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit you in your appointment slot, and you may be charged a cancellation fee accordingly.

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered; however, they can be exchanged for product/service credit. Items refunded must be unopened and unused in packaging and can be exchanged for equal-value products. Packages can be exchanged for other services in the package amount.
